320 West Hallam Project Team Location Awards 320 West Hallam is an Aspen residence with quite a history. From its former owners to the world figures who have spent time within its walls, 320 is a cheerful Victorian restored and renovated to expand upon the home’s inherently inviting qualities. Although the existing livable square footage of the residence increased from 2,500 to 5,400, its intimate scale is maintained by a massing strategy inspired by the shed architecture native to the site. Colour schemes and detailing patterns also refer back to the European heritage of the original owners while coexisting with the modern conditions of Aspen’s historic West End District. A fusion of old and new marry to create a soft contemporary solution for modern living. The residence was completed in the spring of 2009.
