327 Allison is a very budget-minded solution to the modern suburban home. Thoughtful yet not minimal in amenity per the wishes of the client, the home is designed with idea of a live-work, multi-generational function in mind. The clients, both active outdoor enthusiasts, also desired a program that would facilitate their professional and personal lifestyles and growing family.

Materials for the residence are driven by long-term cost efficiencies and low maintenance concerns. The massing and scale was a balancing act between program, a cozy lot size, and residential design standards to the midvalley neighborhood. Construction was completed in November 2016.
